The Forum, together with The Partnership for Public Service, has recently announced a new Intergovernmental Personnel Act (IPA) Talent Exchange opportunity. This program will enable experienced professionals from nonprofits and philanthropy to serve in the federal government for up to two years without going through the traditional federal hiring process.
