Join the Gateway Center for Giving as we celebrate our 50th anniversary with a look backward, a look inward, and a look forward. We’ll celebrate five decades of engaging grantmakers, share the results of our strategic planning process, and look to the future with the rollout of our brand new name and our plans to strengthen philanthropy statewide.
This year's Annual Meeting will consist of two parts: A series of networking breakout groups at 10:30, followed by the one-hour main presentation at 11:00. During the networking session, attendees will be invited to join small group breakout rooms for a guided conversation with fellow funders. We'll then take a 5-minute break and invite you to join the main presentation.
This year's event will feature remarks by Council on Foundations President & CEO Kathleen Enright. Widely respected for her role in creating a more robust, effective philanthropic and nonprofit sector during her two-plus decades as a mission-driven leader and coalition builder, Kathleen joined the Council in 2019 after 17 years as President and CEO of Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO).
10:30am - 10:55am Networking Breakout Rooms (optional)
11:00pm - 12:00pm Main Presentation: Elections, Keynote, Big Reveal
