Family Foundation Roundtable:
Family Dynamics & Decision-Making
A Breakfast Program for Family Foundations & Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
Wednesday, September 27, 2017 ~ 8:00am-9:30am
Decision-making can be a layered and complex topic at the family foundation table. Subjects like a family foundation's approach to distributing grants and incorporating the voices of spouses or outside trustees can become sticking points in achieving a foundation's mission.
Join the Gateway Center for Giving for breakfast and networking followed by a facilitated discussion by GCG Board Member Lindsay Matush of Vario Consulting around the unique decision-making processes and dynamics that influence family foundation life. Attendees will walk away with ideas and insights from grantmaking peers, as well as concrete tools and tips for improving the health and effectiveness of your decision-making processes.
Date & Time: Thursday, September 27, 2017; 8:00am-9:30am
- 8:00-8:30am: Breakfast and networking
- 8:30-9:30am: Family Foundation/DAF facilitated discussion
